As I had extended warranty(Samsung Care+), I have got the display with frame and battery replaced totally free of cost.For others out of warranty, device without any dents or scratches, will be replaced with a nominal labor cost of ₹525
The circular thing was said by service center guy where I am getting the replacement. He said we have got the order to replace free of cost for phones without sign of damage i.e. scratches or dents on the phone overall.
