can u take a snapshot of speed u getting??... try to download something....use SIM1 ... m using Samsung brand first time with m31 and so far so good I don't see any issue with speed and battery ...note battery is 5830mah exactly

are u connected to samsung max vpn while using intrnet?? try to off it and check performance
