Same problem..got my sbi visa global card...when i try to add to my samsung pay..i get error that card issuer(i.e sbi) did approved the card...i think its a bank issue not samsung's...
Having same issue...i have sbi global visa card and unable to add to my samsung wallet.....i did everything called bank and samsung customer care no solution...
