After the oreo update in note 8 in calls the loudspeaker gets activated on it's own .. many times while speaking in public places it suddenly goes to loudspeaker.. does anyone facing the same problem?

my battery drained to zero and later when i tried to plug in charge there was no response from the phone. After waiting for 10min it started charging. after this i have never drained battery zero.Has anyone faced the similar issue? Please let me know...
