Finally I also got my screen replaced free of cost. Thanks to Samsung. My device was out of warranty.

Hold the phone still untill the image is finished processing.Or try changing you ratio . I mean 3:4/full/9/16 etc

I have the same issue. Got that green line after updating on 30/03/23. I will go to service centre as well

You cannot update. I m also having same issue. Customer care told me to go to service centre for update. They cant even provide an option for download while roaming. Its a shame on samsung

You cannot update like that. I asked customer care for help. They replied that i have to go to service centre for update. Such a mess. Samsunng cant provide option to update while roaming. Its very dissappointing.
