not able to empty my RECYCLE BIN gallery folder

HiMy note 9 recycle bin folder (under gallery) has 1786 photos.. but i aint able to empty or delete the images from that folder manually.. also its more than 15 days the pics arent been deleted automatically..The screen just stays at this position on...
