All mobile apps are working fine over Mobile Data.Unfortunately, over WiFi same apps stops working/ loading.Even to start this discussion, I had to use mobile data, using WiFi Samsung Members itself was not loading.
That's vibration sound.When phone is set to silent mode, due to whatsapp notification that sound is coming.Already one thread is going on and as per that discussion, Samsung has acknowledged it.
You can take backup of your mobile using smart switch for PC.Anyhow, for downgrading also you can use Smart Switch.I had to opt out of Beta (downgrade) due to some other reason.
