dont believe in shame sung. bixby wont come in any mobile released before april 2017. they have completely different architecture comoared to newer models.
my nougat is working fine. and i never got 2nd updates. and bixby voice will not work on phones below 40k in near future. maybe it can be compatible till next year.? who knows.
