I have the same issue on my M20. one ui 2 made it worse.. it takes 4 hours to charge now.. I won't update any phone from now on.. they are all good when we buy them initially.
it didn't fix my issue. it still charges well and fast when it's switched off but no success when it's on... it takes 4 hours to charge when it's turned on.
