What's the reason that Good Lock is not available on my device's market. I am using S10+.

I would like to Download Android NavStar and Good lock on my phone s 10+ but i could not find this app on my Galaxy store, when I search on Google it direct me to App to store but still app can't be download.Please advise if the app has been removed ...
