Samsung dex for note 8.

After updating one UI on my note 8 now need Samsung dex station for Samsung dex? Or we can use like note 9. Using HDMI cable. Please reply me.

I flashed France firmware in my note 8 and I'm in Oreo now... Now I want to go back to nought... Can I use Smartswitch app emergency software initialisation? Will I face any problem after? Can I downgrade by smartswitch app? Plz answer me...Thanks
