Pdf Reader

Hi. I need assistance, I'm not sure if the is the correct platform. I need to understand if samsung has a built in pdf reader. I am using the Adobe reader and the voice is so bad... I can't listen to my pdf books. I am using a Zfold 5.

Samsung Notes has a pdf viewer built in. Try that.

What IS it with Samsung ZA?? They need some serious training!! Called about a screen protector replacement and all the guy could tell me on repeat is'your phone will be out of warranty'; couldn't assist me with replacement of the screen protector and this is SAMSUNG. Really hope you come right.

But a screen protector is something you can replace yourself, or was the screen itself in need of replacing?

So when you buy the flip it comes with a screen protector for the central folding screen; and I removed it to put a thicker one on. However that voids the warranty because its a special protector that allows for folding and unfolding multiple times; I now want to put the same back on because the thicker one started tering after folding and unfolding a number of times. Samsung cant help me ' they dont stock that type' but on the phone I was continuously told my warranty is now void 🙄 so my hunt continues for this specific screen protector that can handle the continuous opening and closing.

What if you get the whole screen replaced by Samsung repair centre? Intentionally damage the screen without damaging/scratch other parts of the device. Even better if it's registered with care plus and still under warranty...

I see, I remember a reviewer on YT tried removing that specific protector when the foldables first came out and recommended not to do that and was even told by Samsung to not do that, your explanation makes sense why they'd void the warranty 🤔

In that case A-Galaxy solution is best(except for intentionally damaging the screen 😅). You'll either have to take it to a repair centre or to an authorised repair company so that they get the specific Samsung protector. I think you'll work in vain trying to look for that type of screen protector outside Samsung.
You can also go to the service providers repair centres as well but would obviously have your phone for longer than going to Samsung directly.
