what is different between Galaxy watch 4 US vs International Version

Hello Guys I am planning to buy Galaxy watch 4 LTE version. I am confused should I go for US version or international version? The international version doesn't ship to India and US version does.

But I am doubtful that in US version my Indian LTE SIM CARDS will work.

The main difference is US version is not carrier unlocked so it will not work with Indian sim. International version are unlocked
