1. Adjust the Equalizer – Go to the Galaxy Wearable app and tweak the EQ settings (try 'Soft' or 'Dynamic' to balance sharpness).
2. Turn Off Dolby Atmos – If enabled, it might be amplifying high frequencies too much.
3. Check for Updates – Ensure your buds’ firmware is up to date, as Samsung may have fine-tuned the audio with updates.
4. Try Different Ear Tips – A proper seal can make a huge difference in perceived sharpness and bass response.
5. Reset the Buds – If the issue persists, resetting them through the Galaxy Wearable app may help.
If the sharpness still feels excessive, it might be a tuning difference between the models. Some users report that the Buds 3 Pro has a brighter sound signature compared to the Buds 2 Pro.

None of the above solutions worked. Is it reasonable that a company the size of Samsung can't adjust the sound? I'm seriously considering switching to Apple.

I m using both BUDS 2 PRO AND BUDS 3 PRO
This issue spiked after the update, so i reset my BUDS, removed it from the phone, and again paired it.
The issue went away

Is anyone from Samsung listening? Will the new update solve the problem? Will we switch to quality with Apple?

To fix sound quality and sharpness issues with your Galaxy Buds3 Pro or Buds2 Pro:
1. Adjust Equalizer Settings: Use the Samsung Galaxy Wearable app to try different presets or manually adjust frequencies.
2. Update Firmware: Ensure your earbuds are on the latest software version via the Galaxy Wearable app.
3. Reset the Earbuds: Reset the earbuds to factory settings in the app if issues persist.
4. Check the Fit: Ensure a proper fit with the correct ear tip size for better sound quality.
5. Disable Extra Features: Turn off features like "Sound Alive" that may affect sound clarity.

We apology for this issue that you are facing , could you try these steps:

Check the direction of each earbud
Make sure you are wearing the earbuds correctly
Adjust the volume of your earbuds using the device, or the earbuds themselves
Check the earbuds' battery status
Check if Ambient sound mode is enabled if you cannot hear sound well during calls
Check your phone's sound settings
Restart your phone, and then your earbuds
Check for software updates for the earbuds
