Hey , I bought a new samsung buds today and i noticed that my left bud is running out of charge twice faster than the right one. Can someone tell me how to solve this problem , pls 😞
hello, using the touchpad gestures on one particular bud will cause it to drain battery faster than the second one.
if you're using the toucpad of your left bud a lot this may be the explanation.
i suggest comparing the battery drain without using any touchpad gestures on either of the buds. make sure they're both fully charged before starting to use them and if it still drains more than the right bud, visit your local service centre or use your warranty if its still not expired.
Please try to reset the buds and make sure they're both fully charged before starting to use them, If the issue still, please visit the nearest service center.
