Buds does not support the "Botim app" well. Once you connect for a call, there will be no music or audio available to your Buds. I believe there is a problem with Botim, because i went to service center thinking there is some problem. But samsung check and resolved issues but later same after Botim call no music to buds. Consequently, I have found this issue on my own and it is indeed true. Therefore, please be cautious with Botim

Issue find in December 2024 and January 2025
Hope after any app update it will start working back.

Thats interesting. I've been using buds and I don't encounter any such issue.

I agree, but from last update on buds/Botim in December this started happening.

I think i have also having the same issue, last time when i got a call on botim there was no ringing tone on buds . I thought my phone volume was low

Yes, this happening from December.
I am using Buds with botim from last September 2024 and it was working fine until last month December 2024 there was update on Botim and Buds after that this started after Botim call no sound of music etc only call audio working.
