Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:

1- Reconnect the Bluetooth device.

2- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Member > Get Help > Interactive checks > Bluetooth/Headphone).

3- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.

If issue still exists, we would request you to kindly visit the nearby Samsung service center. After physically examine your device, service center personnel will provide you the further resolution.
