Watch 4 classic display issue after updated the latest UI

Recently, I got a update in my watch 4 classic after i updated it , i encountered a significant display (panel) problem with my Galaxy Watch 4, which has left me quite disappointed.

Approximately 1 year and 3 months after purchasing my Galaxy Watch 4, I installed a recent software update as prompted. However, following this update, the display of my watch suddenly turned pink, accompanied by a thin white line at the top. This issue severely hampers the usability and functionality of the device.

Upon researching online, I discovered that many other users are facing similar problems after the recent software update. The discussion threads on Reddit, which I have linked below, highlight numerous cases of Galaxy Watch 4 users experiencing identical display issues:


This problem appears to bear resemblance to the well-documented green line issue that has affected certain Samsung phones in the past. Given the widespread nature of this problem among Galaxy Watch 4 users, I believe it is imperative for Samsung to address it promptly and effectively.

Regrettably, when I visited a Samsung service center seeking assistance with this issue, I was informed that I would need to pay 6000 rupees for a resolution. However, considering that this problem manifested after a software update, I firmly believe that the responsibility for rectifying it lies with Samsung, and therefore, the replacement or repair should be provided free of charge.

I kindly request samsung's attention to this matter. As a loyal customer, I sincerely hope that Samsung will take the necessary steps to resolve this issue promptly and restore the confidence in the brand.

We look forward to samsung prompt response and resolution.
