In my galaxy Watch 4 classic LTE camera control app is not showing and i can't control my camera in my phone, am using samsung galaxy M31 as my phone. I visited the service center and they told me they have done some software things but still the problem was not solved and i can't use my watch to control my phones camera. My software is running in the latest One UI 6. And since the samdung service center peoples can't fix this issue, what am i supposed to do with it.?
Does anyone else is facing this issue.?

I noticed a different issue on my Watch 3 Classic - the camera control app is now basically mirroring phone camera UI, this wasn't the case before & it was a lot more optimised for the watch screen. Plus, the timer control wasn't responsive.

Path share log file: Wearable app>Three dots>Settings>Contact Us> Send feedback>Choose Composer> Select error report > select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
