Hi all, please can anyone help - even @samsung.

My watch 4 went haywire after the update. First Bixby popped up all the time without me setting up anything.

Then the battery dies within 2 hrs from full charge.

Now watch does not turn on when/while charging.

Can it be fixed or did I just get a "dud" unit.

Watch is about 4 months.

Please factory reset your watch. Ensure you have your data backed up before doing so.

If you have the Reactivation lock enabled, disable it before resetting your smartwatch.

To enable or disable the Reactivation lock:

1. On your connected device, open the Galaxy Wearable app.
2. Select Find My Watch.
3. Select Set security.
3.1. If you can't see SET SECURITY, you may need to select turn on Remote connection first.
4. Select Lock watch.
5. Select the switch to enable or disable the lock.
6. Enter a four digit PIN and select Done.

To reset your watch:

1. Press the home button on the watch.
2. Swipe down on the face of the watch.
3. Select the settings icon.
4. Select General.
5. Select Reset.
6. Select Reset again.

Hi, thank you.

It is helpful, however the watch is completely dead. Does not want to charge even after a full day on the charging puk.
