Problem with earphones

I have a problem with my earphones not connecting to my phone A33, they are brand new and do work on other devices

Did you try with other buds or even generic ones ro ascertain if its the phone or the buds

Had a similar issue with my A54, it's very particular about type c headphones and adapters. I'd suggest using a type c adapter with regular 3.5mm jack headphones rather than type c earphones.
