Watch 4 White Screen Issue

I have a watch 4 which was working fine and suddenly I got a sound charm and the display turned bright white. Tried doing everything possible but no luck. Though it will turn back to normal after battery drain but upon charging the issue remain the same. 

There's no proper resolution mentioned anywhere. If anybody knows the troubleshoot, please help.

facing same issue. no damage, not even a scratch, not a jolt. display turns white and starts flickering, with intensity like flashlight . tried everything i could do, no result to show. didn't use for a month, charged and restarted it today, let's hope it gets resolved. can't afford to but a new or replace its display atm.

I'm having the same problem; I was the gym and the screen just turned white so please is the anyway we resolve it beside going to their service centers because some of us we don't have them nearby
