After 6 days, full payment and ordering New samsung galaxy watch 4 LTE, now a samsung representative says " No Stock available". But in samsung app and website it still showing available and people can place the order. 

When asked about the refund they say " 7 to 8 day to get money refund"

Is it a new money making fraud?

Due to COVID restrictions delivery may take time! And refund will take 7-8 buisness days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays). This isn't a spam but less manufactured units and more orders!

For Covid restrictions let them say delivery will be delayed 1 2 3 4 5 days its ok but for 6 days No update from samsung. For less manufactured why they r talking orders? Let them pre books it.
