1.Always keep a black ir dark watch face and try to keep without visual effects
2.Turn off Automatic low brightness off.
3.Turn on grey scale at night or when you are low on battery
4.Turn off wakeup gesture ,screen wake as there sensor drain battery .
5.If you record sleep set heartrate to check after 10 minutes as the new update can record rem sleep without continuous heart beat.
7.Also try keeping the heart rate manually or 10 min interval as It will provide more accurate results and also save a lot of power
6.Turn off Bixby voice wakeup ,its useless
7.Turn off bluetooth when your idle or during night time.
8.Avoid using spotify as it drains excess battery instead put songs which you have downloaded on phone
These are simple steps that will definitely give you a day more without compromising on your watch features.I hope this helps
