Y does Indian User's not eligible for Beta Updates for Watch series??

I Purchased Galaxy Watch 6 Classic 47mm Bluetooth version on Mar 19th, 2024. From then onwards Am Using it Regularly. I got Update at tht tym, March Security Patch. Later, till now I don't see any update. Almost 5 months over. I think Samsung wil provide Updates for Watch Series, every 6 Months... In this angle, v can hope September 👍
