We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.
Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concerns.
1. Galaxy watch heating issue: ● If your device is heating, decrease the screen brightness sometimes high brightness levels may cause the heating issue.
● Too many apps installed on the device may cause the device heating issue. Uninstall the unnecessary apps if not using them.
● Reset your watch: Swipe to and tap General > Reset > Reset again to confirm.
Note: Before you perform a reset, make sure you back up the data on your watch using the Galaxy Wearable app. Samsung is not responsible for any lost data.
● Unpair the watch from your phone: Navigate to and open Settings > Connections > Bluetooth.
From the "Paired devices" list, tap the Settings icon next to your watch's name, and then tap Unpair.
● Reconnect your watch: Once you reset your watch, you will need to reconnect it to the Galaxy Wearable app. After the connection is complete, you can check for software updates.
● If you have an LTE watch that was activated with a QR code, a new one will be required to reactivate the service for the watch. Please contact your carrier to obtain a new QR code.
2. Galaxy watch display flikring issue: ● If the watch screen appears pixelated, flickers or horizontal lines are running across it, inspect the watch screen for physical damage. If the watch is not damaged, try restarting it. However, it may be necessary to check for software updates and uninstall apps, including watch faces from the watch.
● Kindly press and hold the Home key (Power key) for more than 7 seconds to restart it.
● Uninstall the downloaded watch face: Wear OS models: Touch and hold the watch face in question, and then tap Remove (the minus icon).
● After you have uninstalled the downloaded watch face(s), restart your watch to ensure that the issue has been resolved.
● Uninstall apps using the connected phone:
Note: Apps cannot be uninstalled from a Galaxy Fit.
Method 1: Uninstall apps using the connected phone: From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app, and then tap Apps or Apps screen. Depending on the connected watch, it may be necessary to tap the SETTINGS tab.
Note: First, make sure your phone and watch are connected.
On Wear OS models, touch and hold the app you want to remove. On older models, tap Manage apps.
Tap Uninstall or tap the Delete icon (the minus sign) next to the app you'd like to uninstall. On Wear OS, tap Uninstall again to confirm. When finished, tap Save. Remember, some preloaded apps cannot be uninstalled. If you do not see the uninstall or delete option, the app cannot be removed.
Method 2: Uninstall apps using the watch: Press the Home key (Power key) on the watch to wake the screen, and then navigate to your apps.
On the Wear OS models, touch and hold the app you'd like to uninstall. On older models, touch and hold the app's screen.
On the Galaxy Watch4 series, tap Uninstall on the pop-up window, and then tap OK. Remember, some preloaded apps cannot be uninstalled.
On older models, tap the Delete icon (the minus sign) next to the app, and tap the check mark to confirm.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application(Wearable app>Three dots>Settings>Contact Us> Send feedback>Choose Composer> Select error report > select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

WearablesThen I reset watch but issue could not resolve.
When I go to the service center they told me this is display issue you have to change it and it costs up to 5500 rs.
If this is display issue then why this same issue facing so many users.
