Samsung watch 46mm LTE 4001 error

Hi i recently reset my 46mm watch LTE and after reset I want to register watch on Esim but I am getting 4001 error.I contacted Jio customer care but they are unable to help me kindly help to registered the esim of the watch

Try to reset network in watch

I did it many times but still issue is same

Are you using Samsung phone? Apparently, esim can work only with wearable app on Samsung phones.

I got it fix today need to visit jio office and requested them to terminate multiple registration of e sim watch with in 15 minutes problem got solved.The reason is that the watch get register with multiple sim in past and it need to clear cache in their system

Which jio office did you visit I have visited many jio centres no one has the knowledge on this!! I have been getting same issue.
