Samsung is making fraud out of their customers

Hi there, I am Varun and I am a Doctor by profession , recently i had worst experience with samsung product and their services, Samsung and the customer care with the service centre are fooling their customers . I am a fan of samsung products and i own note 10 plus, tab s7 plus ,galaxy watch , and galaxy buds, TV , refrigerator and washing machine  as well. I have been using samsung products since note 3. The products are very good but their customer care service and service centers are pathetic.
I purchased samsung galaxy watch last year and it started to get hot in last few months. I thought it could be normal issue. After one month of expiry of the warranty period the watch was so hot that it burnt my wrist at the placement of the HR sensor amd started to give notification saying "the watch is overhated it might lag". I turned off the watch and turned on the next day, and guess what the watch wont turn on. I thought the battery might be dead so kept it for charging for few hours and thried to switch it on but it wont turn on... now i felt something is seriously wrong with the watch. I visited samsung service centre. They said " its nothing to worry about its only battery issue and the problem wont be solved here you just visit another serive centre". It was fine till then. After that i gave the watch to another serive centre they said "its motherboard and battery are damage you will have to change them". I called the customer care regarding the issue and asked them how a product from such a reputed company gets damaged internaly within 13 months of purchase. The girls at their customer care servies game me explanation that "We dont want our customers to have such an experience ,we are sorry for your problem ,its a machine and it can get damage you should have purchased extended warranty. " what kind of explanation is that? If a product from samsung cant even last for few years then whats the use of buying it for such a huge price?
So finally i decided to repair it which costs Rs. 7.5 k +, First they took more than 15 days to diagnose the issue, then another 15 days for parts to order( saying its corona times and parts are difficult to get, since lockdown has been lifted 3 months back) finally I received the watch 40 days later. Story is not over yet, I got my watch back and paid the bill. I started the watch and paired it with my mobile after leaving the service center. I didnt even gone like 500 mtrs away from service centre and it started to over heat again and burnt my skin on wrist. I was very much pissed now. I checked the watch carefully and i noticed that they didnt even clean the watch dust was clearly noticeable at the corners , dont they clean their product after receiving or delivering it to customer? What kind of professional are these people? I went back to centre the next day and told them same problem is appearing , again the kept the watch and after few days i called them now they are telling me the sensors should be changed. WTF ... now only display and body is needed to change for making it new watch. Still the watch is with service centre and they are waiting for sensor to be delivered.
I think very few customers are facing such kind of experience but its very frustrating. It might be samsungs strategy to force customers to buy their newest products. 
Whats the truth is a mistery but its such a disappointing experience from such a well reputed brand. I hope who all are reading this post are having healthy products and should not face such issue.
Here after i wont recommend anyone about samsung products , buying some random cheap chinese products might last long than these expensive products.

and i must say its not rare but rarest case , i hope your problems will get resolved soon
but at the same time with due respect i would like to say that 2 lines are wrong
1. fraud....
2. Samsung strategy

and I also think you are saying this in anger because you are using so many product of Samsung very happily
but really its sad

but i would like to suggest that

You are right ,sumsung loots us,I am using chinese product for laptop ,phone, mouse,they lasts way longer and perform way better,sumsung is only sumsung because it is simply non chinese,if it were chinese the thing would have been way different and it would have considered below oppo or vivo brand,just because it is non chinese it gets support,even indian companies like micromax is doing better job than sumsung here,shame on sumsung.

thanks for your reply ,but after suffering for these many days isn't angry reaction expected? Why do we spend such expensive products , cause we trust the brand and we know the product will last for at least few years and not months... right? do you thing i am saying this out of anger have you ever visited their service centre ? all the times i have visited them , there are always customers who are not satisfied with the service , and the staff is like (WHATEVER MAN )we will check the problem again and call you back, such a shallow reaction, i knew there is no point in fighting with these people, but very few people know such a platform exists and some dont even bother to discuss with others. Even i am one of those who dont discuss anything with same products comunity.
I didn't mean to disrespect you. I am just expresing my feeling and wanted to share my issues with you guys.

Before using chinese products,I used sumsung for 5 years,I came to understand that they do not give real service or even cares about us at all,it is just like a big brand with big talk,I am now using oneplus nord ,when I have a problem they reply within 18 hours,sumsung never replies or even see our queries ,such a nonsense brand.

Probably you are right sir being Samsung Fan for a very long time You have never faced much issues with other products but your galaxy watch might have been.
The Service Center where you live is Problematic so you have to raise an issue about that and Samsung will definitely look into it if you are not satisfied.

One bad chapter doesn't mean The Story is Over
So please control your anger and forward the issue to Samsung

@Vrang , yes you are right, but for rest of the products i never had to visit service centre before, this is like first and worst experience i ever had.

So please share your concerns about your experience to Samsung via Mail or through other platforms so that they can know about it and please don't say Samsung is making Fraud out of their customers and do recommend because they are a lot better than other Chinese companies out there
