Sotted by MySmartPrice, the new wireless charger hub carries model number EP-P9500. The Bluetooth SIG listing further reveals the commercial name of the product, which is SmartThings Station. It suggets that the device will equip some advanced features.
Samsung has never offered a wireless charger that bears SmartThings capabilities, so don’t know exactly what the device will offer to the Galaxy S23 or other customers. Although the company is making a major effort with the SmartThings integration to a wireless charger.
It’s expected that Samsung’s new wireless charger hub could allow users to monitor the charging status of their Galaxy devices through the SmartThings app. The company could also bring the ability to turn on or off the charger remotely as you do with other smart home devices using the SmartThings app.
Besides these, there is no other information regarding the Samsung wireless charger named SmartThings Station. Samsung is suggested to introduce the new wireless charger hub around the same time period as the Galaxy S23 series.
