Hi everyone, hope everything is good!

So recently Samsung releasedSamsung Level U2, the second generation of their ever popularSamsung Level U. There are some improvements and the price is cheaper too.

I received this Level U2 as a gift from my friend and I am eager to share my experience with you so that you can buy it according to your needs.

First let's have a look at the neckband itself.

The quality is as premium as it gets, made from plastic and rubber finish, doesn't feel cheap at all. Of course, its Samsung, so we can expect this.

The eartips do hurt a bit for the first 2 to 3 days (may not happen with everyone), but its fine after that. It does not cork your ears, so there is no active noise cancellation.

Now on the controls:

Pressing and holding down the power button turns it on and plays a chime in your ears, the same while turning it off. There is a strong vibration motor which vibrates when the neckband is connected via bluetooth or during incoming calls. Pairing is rather easy. Pressing and holding the multi-function button turns the neckband in pairing mode, then its regular pairing on your phone. Double press multifunction button for next track and triple press for previous track. The buttons are clicky and not cheap.

The microphone quality is pretty great. If you are planning to use it for lots of calls, simply go for it. Won't be an issue.

Also, it can connect to both Android and Windows at the same time.

If we speak about audio quality, bass and treble is good and high. Latency is very low in multimedia, but is high in games. I won't personally prefer this for gaming. In gaming, wired for the win.

Battery life is good and the neckband has a Type C charging port, which is great in my opinion. 12 mm drivers with support for scalable audio codec (Android 7 and later) makes your experience better.

Battery takes 1 hour to charge fully from 0 to 100%.

If you have anything else to know or if you feel that I have missed something, please let me know in the comments.

All these can be yours at 2,199 Indian Rupees.

Loose on your neck? Or your ears? In both cases, it depends on the shape and size of your neck and ears.

Idk man, the second eartips are actually a bit smaller, the original ones are bigger. Maybe your ear holes are a bit big.

Not facing any such issues with my one, maybe some issue with your one or with your phone. But I have no idea what's happening. Maybe visit a service center and get it checked.
