Samsung Health Monitor App not available in India

Recently purchased Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro LTE, and was excited about one feature of the ECG and Blood Pressure Monitor through the app "Samsung Health Monitor" But after purchase, I found it is missing and I get to know that it is not available in India, Well this so expensive watch looks like a cheap phone now, I could have purchased the Garmin forerunner 255. it has so many features for running. The Watch 5  "Samsung Health Monitor" app makes it special, otherwise nothing, all features are available in another popular watch. 

I wanted to hear something from the Samsung product support team are they going to release it in India or not? Because I am not satisfied and my search is still going on for watch.

You can't download it from India

It was mis-representation by Samsung and not informed clearly to the person that these featurs not available.

Please don't try third-party XDA file installation. I had it installing Samsung Health with some YouTube videos and Google information. My 12-year Facebook account was hacked, and malware in the third-party app recovered my FB account after 24 hours with my ID. Prof, I immediately reset my phone and watched for the reattacking of malware.
