Irregular heart rate notification in watch 6

I am not able to see an option to enable irregular heart rate notification in my samsung health monitor app. Galaxy watch 6 is the product I am using in India. Is that feature not available in India

No not in india. .i too was searching for that 😃 hopefully will get in next update. .and health app update also comeing.
