WearablesI recently moved to Airtel and try to connect my Watch 4 LTE. Same error. It looks like we need to initiate it from Samsung mobile and then switch to original mobile.
I found the following from other forums:
1. Get or lend a Samsung mobile with Android 5+ models
2. Put your Airtel postpaid sim in Samsung mobile
3. Click, "connect to new phone" in galaxy watch LTE
4. Install galaxy wearable and plugin in Samsung mobile.
5. Connect watch to Samsung Mobile
6. setup mobile networks in galaxy wearable app and follow the steps(2 mins work).
7. Galaxy watch will be connected to Airtel postpaid sim.
8. disconnect from phone or give mobile networks -> Always on, u will able to c tower indicator and airtel in galaxy watch.
9. Change ur sim to ur one plus Mobile.
10. Click " connect to new phone" and connect with your OnePlus (or other brand)Mobile.
11. don't attempt to do mobile networks setup in OnePlus(or other brand).
12. that's it. u can use ur airtel postpaid in ur OnePlus(or other brand) Mobile and as well in galaxy watch.

WearablesI use a pixel 6a, When I follow this process with a galaxy mobile, I could connect to LTE on my watch 4. But at the step 10, However, when I switch my sim card back to pixel 6a and connect my watch, it says "if you want to connect your watch to a new mobile, you need to reset your watch" . Therefore I am comming back to square one. Not sure if I am missing something in the above steps mentioned.. need help thanks

WearablesHi, chrisjustin,
I have managed the above trick through some Samsung service center guy - the only thing I missed out on is I did not check the mobile network working and started re-initiating the same process again with my brother's Samsung mobile. And this time I made sure I make no mistakes in the steps and it worked like charm.
And I also noticed that having the mobile networks - Always ON may not be in need, even if it's Auto, it still works. However, I did not try in various scenarios so I would still recommend putting mobile networks always ON - But it will drain out the battery in no time.
Although, I would like to know if you have tried shifting the option to "Auto" on your end to save on battery - If yes, please do let me know if it has disconnected you from the LTE services at any time and how did you manage it work it back - of course, it would be the same process again. But Still. I would request you to kindly share your experience here.
By the way, I am using Galaxy Watch 5 Pro LTE - so at least I have got more juice to run the smartwatch for a 2-day.
Thanks again for the above steps. They work like charm and i vouch on every step you listed.
Have a great year ahead :)
Truly
Siddhartha.
