My phone and watch are both updated to latest, and the Wearables app and its related plugins are also updated (I dont see any update on Galaxy Store).
Everything was working well, until when I reatarted my phone an hour ago. And now the watch simply doesnt connect to phone. I even tried resetting but nothing seem to work. Other devices like buds are connecting well, but when clicking on watch, the app goes into infinite loading loop with nothing happening at all.
On Galaxy Store many people are already complaining on the ratings section, but Samsung seems like you dont care especially during this new year time.
This is so premium experience.

Same happens with my S21 Fe with Galaxy watch 4.
Now, I'm not able to use my watch. Seems like the watch plugins are removed from the playstore

Update : Changing the mobile date to anything before 2024 resolved this issue. Ex:set the date to dec 14. 2023

Once connected, the date & time can be set back to automatic.

I wasnt patient enough so I reset my watch which had a backup of 28th Dec.. I lost 3-4 days worth of data, but my watch is now working correctly
