Dear Samsung Support Team,

I am writing regarding my Samsung Galaxy Watch Classic 4 (44mm) which has suddenly developed a serious display issue.

Yesterday, while charging the watch using the original Samsung charger and cable, I noticed the screen developed an orange tint with battery percentage image retention. Since then, the display has become completely unresponsive and is stuck, even though the internal functions of the watch continue to work in the background.

I would like to emphasize:

The watch has been used with proper care, never submerged in water or handled roughly.

I always charged it with Samsung’s original charger and cable.

The issue arose during charging, without any physical damage or mishandling.

I discovered that many other Galaxy Watch 4 Classic users have reported the same screen failure online after a recent software update, which suggests it could be a widespread fault rather than individual misuse.

Unfortunately, my warranty expired in March 2025. I checked the repair cost, and the spare display alone is around ₹6,500, which is extremely high. Considering this issue seems to be caused by an update or a manufacturing defect rather than user error, I kindly request Samsung to:

1. Replace my watch or screen free of charge.

I have always trusted Samsung products and services, and I sincerely hope that Samsung will stand by its users in cases like this. A fair resolution will go a long way in maintaining my confidence in the brand.

I look forward to your support and an early response.

Sincerely,
Shivam Singh

Some customers have already tried that, and they are quoting a charge of Rs.7500/-. This is not practical at all. The internet is flooding with users reporting the orange screen issue, yet you are ignorant of everything. When the issue is genuinely on your side, accept the mistake and proceed with the necessary steps. OnePlus is way, way better in owning their mistakes, which shows that they care about their customers.  Address this issue as soon as possible from your end by issuing a recall; otherwise, you will face backlash in the consumer court.

I now don't even feel there will be any solution from Samsung by seeing how it's ignoring its consumers.. Everyone is having the same issue but there's no solution as no BIG tech reviewer has addressed this solution because they're getting paid for promotions from Samsung. That's the bitter truth of internet..
