I have purchased samsung galaxy buds 3 pro in samsung india website in September. I received the product and used it . Few days before I tried to change eartips and they got teared up and half of the portion got stuck with bud. I visited samsung service center and get that removed and put small size . Again when I tried to change same thing happened. What can I do now as I don't have extra pair. Samsung please help here . Even after spending 20000rs on earbuds and you're providing poor quality foam tips . I need a resolution asap.
