Following the One UI 6 update on my watch 6 Classic, I've experienced significant call connectivity issues. The call screen on the watch displays with a considerable delay (10-15 seconds) after receiving or initiating a call, persisting until the call ends. A factory reset has not resolved this problem.
 Any further troubleshooting steps if we can do?
Is it also possible to go to the previous software versions in watches?

Try clearing All Cache of the Watch then restart the Watch6. If that also doesn't work, wait for Samsung to solve this issue. Also uninstall useless apps which takes most of your storage.

As per your concern, we want to inform you that we never recommend downgrading your device software as this may cause malfunctioning on your device. However, kindly share the log file. This will help us to investigate further and resolve this issue.

Path share log file: Wearable app>Three dots>Settings>Contact Us> Send feedback>Choose Composer> Select error report > select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
