Lte ka kya scene rehta hai na, ke samsung guys need to send their new updated os to the telecom service for some update or something from their side and then the update is released to the public so its like the bluetooth watches recieve the update before LTEs so it might not be that long of a wait but it definitely is a wait ,wouldn't place a number ,but it might be this week or it may be late

I don't think so...as we use samsung phone which are on lte /4g /5g this updates we get directly....

It's more than a week since the One UI 5.0 was pushed to Galaxy Watch 4 BT in India. Strangely there is no update by either Samsung, tech media or any community related to it on a time-line on the update for LTE variant.
