Not getting notifications on Galaxy watch ultra from specific apps

Anyone else having trouble with notifications on the Watch 7? : r/GalaxyWatch (reddit.com)

Other folks are having issues where they don't receive notifications from specific app.

In my case

- I have enabled notifications for those apps. They are NOT BLOCKED

- I have also enabled settings "Show notifications even when phone is in use" 

Still I don't receieve notifications from apps. Mostly these are work profile apps like slack. 

In Galacy watch 4, I used to get these notifications. Further, in the wearable app, for watch ultra, its not even showing many apps from work profile. 

Has anyone faced and was able to fix ths issue?

Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
