My galaxy watch 4 classic 46mm , just did this after I left it for charge and update . How come exactly just 30-35 days after warranty period is done a device can do this? It feels so scripted. Being a long term samsung user since 15 years I feel betrayed. @samsung pls help me out . I can't afford to repair screen, this is completely on you guys . Pls reach out to me ....

Been seeing this for couple of years on reddit. How old is/was your watch?

Visit service center ASAP, in some cases Samsung folks have been kind enough to provide free repairs if the warranty expiry and issue happened within few days.

As my warranty ends, they pushed an update and i updated my watch 4 classic. Then, it turned orange. Customer service examined and asking to pay 7K approx. Pathetic experience. I have the video also.
