Since I dont usually wear my watch on night specifically bw 1 am to 5am ,which result in no auto backup and there is no option to do manual backup on watch then what to do?

Device info:

Phone = S25 ultra 
Wearable = Watch 7 bt 40mm, One ui 8

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.

Smart Switch automatically backs up watch data during night time.

Sometimes backup does not work if Smart Switch is in power saving mode.

Set the Battery option to 'Unrestricted'.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
