Hey, I'm in US; my watch still isn't showing me Sleep Apnea Feature here,
I have verified that my samsung account location is USA ( That can't be changed anyways)
And my Location is Accurate ( Michigan)
And I've done everything else, include but not limited to checking, reinstall, resting Watch itself, Samsung Health Apps, Etc Etc; everything is up-to-date like software, UI, Wear OS, Restarting, resetting watch.

I've even done millions of other things like reinstalling APPs on my Samsung Phone; like Health, Monitor, Wearable Manager, etc ....
