Health Monitor not working (is not available in your current location)

Hi,

I just installed the Samsung Health Monitor and I'm getting the error: "Samsung Health Monitor is not available in your current location"

Watch: Samsung Galaxy Active2,

Mobile: Samsung Galaxy S21+

Current Location: UAE - Dubai

Both OS are up to date.

I searched for some troubleshooting here in the community, but none of them worked. Any ideas?

It should be available and it is not available in Qatar yet but it should be available in UAE

This app is getting negative reviews in Galaxy store since March but Samsung is still not allowing gulf country to use it !!

Bro if not working then you should stop selling the phones and Samsung services in Middle East all countries.
I had bought Samsung for 1st time to use to it's full potential but what i see here is that it has limits.
M not happy.

Not all features are available in all regions. 

To check the device, please bring the device to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked out.

I just bought a galaxy watch 4 today because I wanted a full featured watch. Is oxygen and snore detection disabled?? Please explain your response above by detailing the features that are not available in the UAE. We also deserve to know WHY they are not available.
