I am writing a serious issue with my Samsung Watch that began immediately after installing the recent One UI 6 firmware update. Before the update, my watch was working perfectly without any display issues. However, after updating, I noticed an unusual orange shade appearing on the screen at regular intervals—approximately every five minutes. This orange tint would temporarily appear and then disappear.

Unfortunately, within an hour of the update, the entire watch display shifted permanently into this orange shade, rendering the screen unreadable and effectively unusable. I want to make it clear that this issue started only after the firmware update, and there was no prior physical damage or hardware problem with the watch.

I visited a Samsung Service Center to have the issue diagnosed, but I was informed that the display is faulty and would need to be replaced at my own expense. I explained that the display issue was caused by the update, not by any fault of my own. Despite this, I was asked to contact Samsung Customer Care.

When I reached out to Customer Care, I was told that since the product is out of warranty, Samsung cannot provide free service. I find this response unacceptable. It is clear that the malfunction occurred as a result of the official software update released by Samsung, and therefore, Samsung should take full responsibility for the damage caused.

This is not an isolated case of user negligence or misuse—it's a direct consequence of a buggy firmware update. I strongly request that Samsung provides a resolution by offering a free-of-cost display replacement or repair for my watch. Ignoring this issue not only reflects poorly on your product quality assurance but also on your customer service and support integrity.

I have always trusted Samsung’s products and services, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed.

Yes they did as many devices got affected but screen should be scratch free otherwise they will put blame on you saying it is due to physical damage.
