I just bought galaxy watch ultra and straight out of the box after I connected the watch its unable to measure heart rate (unable to measure heart rate please try again later) locks as soon as the screen goes black, I have unlock it with passcode every single time, ECG always crashes. Any fixes or is the product defective.
