These is no problem in using 45W adapter, if you are using the original one from Samsung, as it automatically adjust the power output according to the device.
Watch has different connector chord ? It may damage charhing wire usb ,after continuous switching to different device in prolonged usages. Keep different charger for different device. Watch requires low powered charger.
