Galaxy watch 4 stuck in boot loop

My galaxy watch 4 classic started restarting randomly after an update. Yesteray the same thing happened and since then it is stuck in a boot loop. I tried rebooting the watch using the buttons but nothing is happening. Now there is no charge left to even reset the thing... since the watch is consuming any amount of charge on the watch to restart. I went to the service centre and even they could not so anything because they do not have the tools yet to fix the watch 4! Totally and utterly disappointed with the GW4! I would like a replacement for this watch but that period is over now.. and I feel I will be stuck with a defective product!!

Exactly! Service centre told me they will replace the part causing the issue.. but I doubt there is 'part' causing this. The issue might come again.. and I dont want to hold on to a 'fixed' watch.. I want a complete replacement.. but that is not in the policy!!

Same issue for me as well. It keeps on booting and now completely drained. When connected to charger again the booting loop continues
