Recently bought the Galaxy watch 4. Very cool watch. But im extremely upset that the Spo2 (blood oxygen),  ECG and blood pressure is deactivated.  I mean Australia and england have it activated,  why not us?

If you do a software update on the watch now. Blood Pressure and ECG will be made available to you, but not the Oxygen feature, via the Samsung Health Monitor app which will come on your watch after the watch has been update

Can confirm after the mid April 2022 update to the SG4 firmware and updates on my S21U U I also have Blood pressure and ECG functionality, and the separate Samsung Health Monitor App got installed on my watch and phone. (At last)

But there is still no SpO2 support, even if it has an O2 panel in Samsung health app to measure O2 while you sleep (an option you can activate) it records nothing! And there is NO way to force an O2 measurement from the tiles in your watch - it simply is not available.

Now this is just so infuriating!! Waiting for a year to get disabled functionality and it is still just a partial set of permissions!

Btw. I currently just got diagnosed with COVID, and do you THINK I'd like to KNOW what my SpO2 levels are like Samsung?

So please get back to me Samsung, I might LITERALLY be dying to use this feature ASAP.

I have the watch 4 classic and S20+, did all updates. I still don't have the ECG and BP on my watch or the Samsung health monitor app??

Samsung it has been 4 months since this false advertisement. Any update on this matter? The battery life is poor!

After all this issues , comments and poor communication from Samsung my next upgrade will be Apple phone and Apple watch. Tired of expensive upgrades for old and tired technology.

I am done with this rubbish. Pay full price for half the functionality. Will be moving away from Samsung completely. My next upgrade is probably going to be Apple. Keep up the good work Samsung.
