After one UI 5 update... caller ID(contact) is not shown in WhatsApp incoming call and normal incoming call though the number is saved in my contact.... WhatsApp message and text message is okay. How to solve it? Can anyone help me to contact with Samsung customer care.... Some people are telling that country code is a problem. I don't know what t

Open the Apps screen on the watch.
Swipe the screen and tap on General.
Reset.

I have reset several times.... Also went to customer care in my country (Bangladesh)... They have no solution... They r saying its a software issue they can't do anything. I got to know this problem is also occuring in watch 6 also. Samsung software engineer should look into this issue
