Galaxy buds + wireless charging not working

Hi guys 

Recently I bought a Samsung wireless charger duo pad and its working fine but when I place my buds plus on it it shows the led on both the case and charger but doesn't charge them normally ...it only charges roughly 5-8 % in 45 minutes and sometimes less i tried using different phones and it charges them perfectly i also tried checking another buds plus but it does the same ,stuck the charging ..

Suggest a solution

This is strange issue, does it charge via phone ? means putting buds+ over back of phone (S10 Series onwards) and enabling power share.

yeah man...sure it does ...and also j tried my cousins buds + on the wireless charger and it does the same ..not charging normally

Means problem is with buds+ compatibility with this wireless charger duo.
